The staff was amazing. We were there for a marathon, and they brought in breakfast early so the runners would have coffee and breakfast before the marathon! We just wrapped up a stay at the Astro Motel, and let’s just say—it’s a vibe! From the moment we walked in, we were hooked. The bathroom, with its retro orange tile, had us smiling, and we couldn’t get enough of the vintage art, quirky decor, and funky furniture scattered throughout. It felt like a treasure hunt for cool finds at every turn. But wait, there’s more! The complimentary breakfast was the cherry on top. We’re talking epic granola from Spinster Sisters, creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and pastries that had us saying, “YUM!” each morning. It was the perfect fuel for our adventures. Location-wise, it was spot-on for our trips to Osmosis, the Gold Ridge olive oil farm, and exploring the charms of Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. Plus, we can’t wait to come back with our pup, Skyler. We know he’ll go nuts over the nearby parks and the super chill courtyard art garden. Kudos to the Astro Motel team for nailing the renovation. Everything was perfect from start to finish! The entire property was an MCM lovers dreamland. The staff were all exceptionally friendly… It abuts a beautiful park and is an easy walk to tons of restaurants…. We never really stay in one place for 4 days when we travel, but it was so nice having the Astro as a home base for all of our Sonoma and Napa adventures. For us, it was the perfect jumping off point for everything we had planned.
Simple clean and oh so hip! We had an early flight from STS so chose Astro for proximity but will return because of the quality AND check out their sister establishment, Spinster Sister - a bonus for a great stay.
